Mr. Otero has been in the Cleaning and Restoration industry for twenty-three years, 13 years in the restoration side and 10 years in the distribution of cleaning and restoration equipment by being employed with Bridgepoint / Interlink Supply. Eleven of those years was with COIT services, one of the most successful worldwide cleaning and restoration franchises. His passion for the restoration industry is now being shared through the new technology of Direct Heat Drying & the Remote Field Commander. Mr. Otero is certified with the Dri-Zone ASD class, Vortex Drying, IICRC certified in CPT, UPH & WRT and is also certified with the Reets Drying Academy. In the last 24 months Mr. Otero has taught over 150 educational seminars & CEC events to approximately 3000 restorers, insurance agents and adjusters in the United States and Canada. He has also had the privilege of speaking at Connections Convention, RIA, FIRARS conference and DRC Convention & The Experience.
